My signature product PLUS delicious and authentic NM green chile with a hint of garlic. Hand-pressed and finished individually for maximum care and attention. Product is approximately 8 inch rounds. Some variance will occur given their handmade nature.

Here's How It Works:

Your tortillas are cooked to order. I never keep tortillas on hand or old stock. The bakery operates M-F with deliveries each following day. Orders placed before 3PM on a bakery operation day, will be produced same day, and delivered the following morning. Orders placed after 3PM will be rolled into the next day's production schedule. 

This practice maximizes the made to order nature of the product, in a way that is convenient and consistent for my customers.

*We encourage you to try buying multiple packages at a time and freezing the extras. Our tortillas defrost in their package wonderfully, even after several months!
